We are a teaching practice accredited by the Austrian Medical Chamber to educate medical residents. After their training in a hospital, medical residents spend the last 6 months prior to their official graduation as general physicians in our teaching practice.
Furthermore, in cooperation with the University of Vienna we participate in the training of medical students, who complete their requisite clinical traineeship in our practice. Additionally, in compliance with the new rules for medical training of general physicians, students can spend their clinical year working with us. For these reasons, it is possible that medical students are present during examinations. Of course, it is possible to consult your physician alone – please let the receptionist or the physician treating you know.
